Above the main entrance of Rochester NY’s Valley Cadillac dealership is a clean, modern glass canopy. Protruding from the stone veneer at various lengths and angles are a series of stainless steel tees with machined stainless steel standoff brackets supporting precision cut and drilled glass panels. An integral formed stainless steel gutter deflects water to drains concealed within the building’s walls. Although deceptively simple at the first glass, this canopy required many hours of engineering, 3D modeling, and careful installation.
