The site features single-line stainless steel handrails with “gooseneck” posts, multi-line bar guardrails, steel, and wood-framed bicycle canopies. All exterior steel is protected with a hot-dip galvanized and powder-coated finish. Most impressive is the decorative water feature. We worked with Hobbs Architectural Fountains to build the stainless steel framework for a glass-enclosed fountain.
Inside the village’s four buildings, totaling over 200,000 square feet, Alpha Iron Works installed a number of stair towers. The utilitarian egress stairs were built using our cost-effective system.
The main circulation stair in the largest residential building features stainless steel handrails with machined brackets. It, along with several lobbies and a study lounge, features guardrails built with heavy flat bar framing and offset panels infill with unique Jakob Webnet wire nets.
