These pipe guardrails with welded wire mesh infill for Calkins Road Middle School in Pittsford, NY are protected by a hot-dip galvanized and powder-coated finish, also known as a duplex finish. Some of the challenges were fabricating the sections so they could be assembled in the field without any modifications that would damage the duplex finish. Our pipe rolling capabilities also helped us fabricate several pitched and radiused sections.
